We're sending an email called "Ticketmaster transaction summary (Ref: #####)" from email@example.com that says what is the delivery method of your ticket(s). If it says "Pick-up", your ticket(s) will be ready to collect at the event and will not be emailed to you. For more info, click here.
If the email says "Delivery Method: Home Print", search the email message with your ticket(s). If you can't find them, click here.
