Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the production, the artist or a wide range of reasons such as weather, illness, routing and so on. If the event has been cancelled or postponed, you will be notified via email and the information will be available on our website. In the case of cancellation of the event, we will refund the purchasers a full refund automatically to the Credit Card from which the transaction was made.
If you paid by credit card, your credit card will be refunded directly. You may see the refund in the 14 days following the cancellation date.

If you paid in cash, our representative will contact you as soon as possible to get your money back.
